Efficient check-in. Minimal waiting in dermatology department. Doctor willing to explain nature of the condition.

Thank you for your positive feedback, TRAQS is a new service and has only been in existence for 5 months, so its always good for the team to know that a patients experience has been a positive one. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback which helps us to develop TRAQS for the patients registered with GPs within the Telford and Wrekin area.
