"NHS 111 ridiculous service and total waste of time"

I call NHS 111 due my both side toothache (right side got tooth abscess and left side tooth just snap and hole. i cant drink or eat because sharp pain. they advised me to call Seven Dental and theyre open 8am and 9pm i did call them but they closed at 8.30pm? i check their review rate were very poor, why NHS 111 advised me go there because i am third class due i am deaf??? I find this disgusting and i want go to the dental with good service as special i am deaf and easy communication.

NHS 111 direct nurse advised me to call back in the morning 8 am i did I can't believe that you ask me the details again. advised me call seven dental again. they can't help me at all wow I have bad headache, pin tickle pin because of tooth abscess. you do not care just interest to fill in the form thats all.

i will share this information to Deaf community which you have already signed to approval for the deaf people need access communication (nhs charter) its false hope.

I will never never call to NHS 111 again and Now I believe the deaf people in UK said NHS 111 nightmare. if there any emergency then i will call 999 instead nhs 111.

i can't drink or eat another 24 hours you failure to look after me or other people as well. I will never call you again ashamed yourself
