"Utterly useless and made me worse"

About: North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

Think Wellbeing in St Helens claims to offer one-to-one and telephone support, but all they did was a triage appointment that they didn't finish as they didn't offer any way of ensuring I could be somewhere where what I said would be confidential so I had to talk over the phone in public, and the call just made me worse while offering no solutions or help unless I'm in crisis. In the current situation, the NHS should be HELPING people before they get to crisis stage, not telling them they can only help if they're in crisis.
