"Why can’t I see a GP?"

I have been a patient of this practice for years but am very disappointed at the service I have received. I understand the current situation but why can I not see a G P face to face? It seems like this is how they would like it now but is no good for patients. Recently I had a sore throat, first it was you must have Covid which I knew it wasn’t but had a test in the hope I could see a doctor....which came back negative as I knew it would! So did I get to see a doctor ? No I was asked to take a picture of my tonsils and send to them then I was told to gargle with salt water! As it happens it was tonsillitis in the end. If I had of been seen by a doctor or nurse for 5 minutes I could have been diagnosed correctly. It seems no one gets to see anyone up there anymore , but you can go to a&e and see a person in the flesh sort yourself out staple medical centre you are letting your community down.
