About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health (inpatient)

(as a volunteer/advocate),

Today at the Tuesday meeting in the involvement centre, a group of us have been looking at how to give feedback on services with different technology e.g iPad, computer. We are training to help services get better feedback.

Working in partnership with Care Opinion to gather feedback, meaning we find out what we do well and how you think we should improve. We really do want to hear from you and we reply to every story.

Hi Guy we really appreciate you taking the time to help us. Volunteers play a crucial role here and help us to get honest feedback and suggestions for improvements.

This is proving an effective way to make changes in real time and gives people more choices in the way they want to leave their feedback.

Thank you!
