"Great practice"

Great experience at Pitsmoor Surgery this week. I used Ask My GP for the first time. What a great service! No complicated registration process. Easy to complete online form. I was able to specify how I wanted my query to be resolved (eg email/phone/face to face). I got some really helpful info back by email + a phonecall from a lovely doctor. Gave me all the assistance I needed and very convenient. I filled in the initial online form whilst I was sat in the car (as a passenger) and then later I spoke to the GP whilst cooking dinner. As a busy working mum I can't ask for more in the way of convenience than that. Great practice and I have always had a good experience with caring and compassionate staff. Thank you!
