Just wanted to congratulate and thank all the staff at Monkland's day surgery unit.  Having been poorly the last time I had this procedure to say I was nervous was an understatement. From the staff at the door to Gillian and Elaine the incredible nurses and to Mr DIck and the theatre nurses everyone was truly professional, reassuring and incredibly kind. The staff made what could have been a very unpleasant procedure surprisingly bearable. Thank you very much for everything.
