(as the patient),

Can I just say what a first class service the reception give, nothing was to much trouble I asked the lad for a glass of water he went and fetched me one he was so polite and helpful.

Also I herd a old lady was a bit scared of going in the lift upto the prosser white suite and he went in the lift with her and it wasn't even one of his patient's.

I have been a couple of times to Dr Keld's clinic and he is so polite he remembers each patient and I have never receved such a good service as he gives well done to you.

Thank you for your kind comments in respect of the staff on the Reception area at the Prosser White Unit at Leigh Infirmary and also Dr Keld. It is always very much appreciated to receive such positive comments about the services provided within this Trust. I will ensure that your comments are passed on to the relevant Managers to share with the staff concerned. May I again take this opportunity to thank you for posting this comment.
