(as a service user),

Attended for a procedure in October! 

Being a staff member myself it can be quite daunting being on the “other side” and can be quite awkward for all staff! Not once did I feel like this yesterday!

I am overwhelmed at the professionalism, compassion and genuine kindness displayed by every member of staff I encountered! 

The process of working is fabulous and runs really smoothly during this pandemic in keeping people safe! 

I can’t thank them enough for their care - fabulous team!

Special thank to Ms Smyth urology, Dr MacGillivary anaesthetics and dr Ash! 

To the wonderful nurses Louise, Gerry, Theresa and Isobel! And everyone who’s name I didn’t get! You are all amazing!

I can appreciate that it can be daunting to attend hospital for a procedure and I am pleased to read that the staff made your experience much better than anticipated and looked after you in a professional and compassionate way.
