About: Change Grow Live Cambridgeshire / Wisbech

(as a service user),

Ive gone through me ups n downs gone from raging habit to booze & I know change is possible but when im back down in the dumps I find it hard to see the light but the whole cgl team inspire me to do better want to make change and have something to wake up for.

I got too much time on me hands that's why I turn to the can to block it out and to pass the day but soon i'll have place to call home & start taking care of myself again and work towards my goals.

but thanks to Steve, Selena, Francis & Andrea

I finally have hope.

Hi Hopeful AK

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I can sense that at times you are struggling. But you are getting there. You have things to look forward to and focus on. Having these goals is often what starts the journey. You can do it and we will be there supporting you every step of the way. Wisbech have a great team and a great selection of activities and groups on offer both within CGL and in the community. Throw yourself into it!!
