I recently moved to Bath from London where I had been a patient of the same excellent G.P. Practice for over thirty years and so it was with some trepidation that I re-registered - even with the highly recommended Pulteney Practice .

I need not have entertained any qualms .

The initial registration process was handled efficiently and professionally and introduced me to a team of receptionists , secretaries and doctors who have each provided outstanding service, support and advice delivered with high professionalism - and this in the extremely challenging circumstances of the Covid pandemic .

Response times are commendably fast, the organisation excellent as is the repeat prescription service, supported by the exceptionally professional Pulteney Pharmacy .

I cannot praise the practice highly enough.

I am delighted and very grateful to be a patient of this outstanding practice .
