"Poor service"

(as a parent/guardian),

We arranged for our daughter to have a private scan for an unexplained   swelling. We have been chasing the hospital for a copy of the assessment and scan image and been told we are not allowed to see it, even though it was instigated at our request and we have paid for it via our medical insurance. This information is required by GOSH for the next stage of my daughters care. When we contacted the hospital today we were told by a sniggering member of staff that they don't have any contact details for the person who carried out the scan and they suggested we contact Blackheath. When I asked where in Blackheath,they again laughed and said the hospital. I was not given  any contact information for the hospital, I looked it up online. This is appalling service and not what I expect from private healthcare. Are the staff  trained to provide customer service and why didn't they just email a copy of the report over? The only loser here is my daughter.
