"Food & Mood course was thought provoking"

About: Inclusion Recovery College Thurrock

(as a service user),

I have attended several Recovery College courses in the last two years, and this latest one was thought-provoking and useful.

Having previously experienced severe issues with mental and physical health, the information sent and covered by the tutors was truly helpful.

I understand the difficulties that can be experienced with this type of "hands-on" subject post-covid, but the remote zoom sessions were friendly and lively, and still came close to achieving a "classroom" vibe of interactivity.

It has certainly made me consider some valid changes in my diet and lifestyle and given me plenty to think about for the future.

Highly recommended.

Many thanks to Gina, Lucy, and Andy for the worthwhile experience and knowledge gained.
