"A difficult time"

About: Glenrothes Hospital

(as a relative),

My dad recently died. This would be difficult at anytime but when I feel that his care from NHS Fife was not caring enough, this has been even more difficult. And when I’ve made a complaint about this, and guidelines say I should have a written response within 20 days,yet 48 days later, despite my contacting the relevant team three times, I still have no written response, this is proving very difficult for me to deal with.

I feel upset, sad, unsupported and very let down.
