"Cleanliness of the Covid Ward and Ward 9"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Respiratory Hub

(as the patient),

I was admitted in September to the Covid Ward with pneumonia. Have to compliment ALL staff on their cleanliness and that of the ward. My single room was cleaned every day.

Many thanks for your positive reply, as a very new ward we welcome all feedback, and greatly appreciate the time you have taken to share your views.

We take great delight that your experience was a positive one, and that you acknowledged the cleanliness of the ward. I hope you have now made a full recovery. I will pass on your kind words to all our staff. Whilst not knowing your identity I am guessing you were originally in ward 4a, and I will pass the information onto them too.
