About: Pathways to Recovery - Warrington

(as the patient),

I'm currently working with pathways and probation to get help and support with my housing and my mental health. I have no support around me as my mother died at the age of 28 and my dad passed away age 53. I have 3 amazing children who currently live with there grandparents due to my mental health & physical disability deteriorated. I was born with scoliosis and had surgery in 1998 at Alder Hey Children's hospital. I need some help
