"Fracture clinic"

I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff at the fracture clinic at Craigavon hospital. The way in which it is run meant there was very little time spent sitting waiting as you were either with a doctor, in the plaster room or xray. The nursing staff were did everything in their power to put me at ease and explained everything they were doing. The doctors were also brilliant and took time on each occasion to show me my x rays and explain about the fracture and the options that were being considered. As well as explaining the options they were considering they also asked if I had any thoughts about the options. I felt listened to and included in the decisions around my care (I was even given a choice of cast colour. Lol), which for me personally was very important as past experiences in other areas of my health care are less positive. 

To every member of staff involved in the fracture clinic in Craigavon hospital, you are all doing a fantastic job and although I hope never to have to see you all again (no offence!) I am grateful for the outstanding care you provided and the time taken to discuss and explain everything. Thank you so much.
