(as the patient),

Got referred by gp 

High very readings on my blood test for rheumatoid arthritis 

In constant pain unable to load bear some days therefore confined to bed 

Unable to see the team not even a telephone appoint 

Told there are no appointments available 

Poor service feel very let down.
