"Didn't listen"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Every time I have had contact with them I keep having to tell administrative staff it's Miss not Mrs.

If thats not bad enough -I then received a letter and guess what it's addressed to MRS!

As for the doctor I have seen, I felt that they also didn't listen and was very patronising.

Thank you for your feedback and please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to your post.

I am sorry that we continually get your title wrong. I appreciate how incredibly frustrating this must be.

I am also dissapointed to hear you are unsatisfied with our medical staff's approach. I am sure they did not intend to appear patronising. I am sorry that was your experience.

Thank you for providing your feedback

Best Wishes

Laura
