I called the practice and was dealt with a very rude person who didn’t listen to what I was saying and dismissed me, saying “its your fault not my problem” then hanged up on me.

I am sorry to hear about bad experience you had on Sunday. I will investigate and discuss with the reception staff in order to put things right. We deal with patients registered with Hounslow wide surgeries over the weekends. My sincere hope is in future you will have better experience.
