"Covid test results"

About: Victoria Hospital / Admissions Unit 1 (Emergency Medical)

(as the patient),

Recently was in admissions 1 where various tests carried out including a covid test

I was allowed to go home and told to isolate until the hospital phoned me with the result of my covid test Almost 2 weeks down the line and I am still awaiting a call.

After 48 hours I decided to phone my GP and Low and behold they had the result therefore able to tell me negative.  Just as well I decided to phone the doc or would have been in isolation for 2 weeks and off work waiting on tele call.

The doctor and staff were amazing and very attentive shame about the communication.
