All I can say is wow - well done NHSG . After a couple of weeks of trepidation and reassuring elderly granny and mam that they’d get their flu jabs, me too, attended with them today to one of the clinics (Peterhead) and wow . Just fantastic . Everything so clean, coordinated, friendly, cheerful and so well organised . Our appointments actually had to be changed from the date on the letter - but that was no bother, we were seen without issue .

I admit there were issues with getting through on the phone to the helpline but that’s by the by and perhaps to be expected with so so many people needing jabbed. 
As I said to the nurse - isn’t it wonderful and all credit to the nursing staff and volunteers attending . Absolutely brilliant . Gold stars all round !!

Please accept my apologies for the delay in getting back to you – I’m fairly new to the Care Opinion system and missed posting a response back to you.

I did share your story with the flu team in Peterhead and they were absolutely delighted to receive these lovely comments, and the gold stars, from you. You are right there were a few issues with the clinics, and after all the negative stories, the staff on the ground have been feeling a little under-appreciated. They have, infact, made us really proud making the best of a very busy situation and smiling throughout - we are glad you noticed this too.
