Excellent care before, during and after my procedure I was made to feel comfortable and well looked after, all the staff were lovely & friendly and a special thanks to the 2 nurses looking after me (Megan and I think it was Stephanie, sorry can’t quite remember) you both are worth your weight in gold and dr Ali and surgical team were fantastic, thankyou all

Dear Sharonb

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to the time you spent in the New Victoria Hospital Day Surgery Unit.

It was great to hear the staff were friendly and you felt well looked after before and after your surgery. I can imagine you must have been nervous before your surgery so I'm glad it all went well.

I will be delighted to pass on your comments to the staff involved who I'm sure will be just as happy as I was to read about your experience.

I'd like to wish you a speedy recovery and thanks again for your comments this means a lot to the staff.
