Previously when CGL was Inclusion, honestly I dreaded the change as most were told horror stories of if you mess up, (use, drink) daily pick up straight away (Think / hope CGL realise we have / do mess up and can be honest without fear of prescription change
My negative was my old counsellor, who was nice but encouraged me to do a CAADA-DASH form to help me move, to this date, it was verbally told to a housing officer when he needed written copy. To this date that counsellor can Not remember it and its hidden? (on laptop)
I now have Frances (CGL) which before meeting I was worried, she’s proven to be someone I feel I can speak to freely and we are in constant contact (due to covid and illness) by phone but I feel she has gone beyond any councillor I’ve had (I had the impression / through hearing conversation etc, We were cattle)
Andrea / Frances and I think Steve have brought my medication to my home, which has been a major help and support. So all in all I can’t say how grateful I’ve been for this support!!
10/10 Frances / Andrea / Steve
