I like to Say Big Thanks to Susan and OT Laura (I first spoke to on phone) of W.E.S.T. MARK Paediatrics Wheel Chair services Glasgow for her excellent customer service. She very carefully listened to my problem, very quickly find the missing part i needed for my son Buggy, Called me  urgently to inform me. I have collected the missing part of the Buggy and fit myself. Absolutely Fantastic customer service from very experienced and excellent therapist Susan. I will give you full big FIVE STARS for your excellent customer service.
