I am under CNT2 community nursing, this morning I had my usual dressing visit. I then got a call a couple of hrs later from a very rude nurse, now this isn’t the first time this person has been very rude on the phone to me and my carers can confirm this, as this morning my carer was disgusted at what they were saying. I don’t want to go into my personal details on here but I am happy to talk with their manager re this as this needs to stop.
I will be speaking to my care manager about this also.
