(as the patient),

Due to the COVID-19, I haven’t been able to use the full extent of the service. GP has contacted me for the flu jab. Which was much appreciated. About 3 weeks ago now. I have not developed no problems since.

I have not yet been able to developed a good client to patients relationship for anyone to understand my situation in full.

I have issues sleeping so waking up early to make an appointment can get tricky and mostly frustrating for me.

I’m not complaining due to the circumstance and that I just moved into the area just before lock down took place.

Dear Sir or Madam

Thank you for your message to the surgery. Our opening hours are 8am to 6.30pm if you wish to speak with someone regarding making your flu vaccine and we are making pre-bookable flu appointments mostly on a Sunday currently so we will be able to arrange something for you and you can call at any time during our opening hours.

If you are wishing to make a GP appointments there are various options. You can either call into us during our opening hours, or we do have a system called Patient Partner where you can call at anytime during the day and book an appointment using your telephone key pad or you can book appointments on-line using on-line patient access.
