You can NEVER get through to this surgery, on-line appointments cancelled due to Covid-19 or a stupid excuse would be a better term. They say that staff are extremely busy, but doing what since no patients can book appointments on line or by phone.
As for trying to book a flu jab, we gave up and booked with a pharmacy. This used to be a good surgery but for some reason, (maybe new management?) they have become one of the worst in Bristol.
I doubt I will get a reply since I notice other poor reviews have been ignored.
