"Upset by delays and staff attitude"

About: The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust / Neurology

(as a service user),

I have been waiting now for 8 months for my botox appointment and have been in excruciating pain, and under a lot of financial stress due to losing work as I've had to cancel on numerous clients due to the pain and lack of concentration caused by my untreated headaches.

I was finally given an appointment and it's now been cancelled twice and pushed back a further 3 weeks which is likely to cause me to lose even more work and face more financial hardship.

The staff member who phoned me had a terrible attitude, and whilst I understand the pressure of the covid 19 situation I don't think I should have to be spoken to like that, it's not my fault. The person doing the injections for me, who is sick, isn't even who I usually see.

I'm really unhappy with the service I've received lately, which is usually brilliant. Had the staff member who phoned me been polite, I wouldn't be anywhere near as upset but they were incredibly rude and condescending. Very disappointing.
