"Fracture Clinic - NHS at its best"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Fracture Clinic

(as a service user),

Following a fall incurring a wrist fractures  I was given appointment for this clinic. My experience was a very positive one.

Staff extremely helpful, kind and informative despite being very busy.

X-ray staff could not have been more helpful. The Doctor I saw listened explained and sent me for additional x-ray given concerns I had.

All in all a positive experience with interaction with staff as it should be. I must also add that the  friendly receptionist greeted me with a smile and set the tone for the rest of my experience.

Dear Crackerjill, - Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us, it is very reassuring to read that you found the staff to be helpful, kind and informative. I have spoken to the sister who is responsible for the fracture clinic and she will ensure that your feedback is shared with all the staff involved, including the Xray staff, medical staff and reception staff.

I hope you are keeping well and your wrist is improving

Best wishes
