"AGAIN SURGERY MESSED UP REPEAT PRESCRIPTION"

About: Queen Edith Medical Practice

I am disabled and need to take pain killers several times a day,I put my prescription into surgery exactly as they request ,on a wed ,attempted to collect from chemist on sat,as from Fri I was completely out of paracetamol pain killers, when I collected prescription which ever doctor did the repeat decided not to give me pain killers, so left me in position none of this medication all weekend, can't phone surgery as they are close.

So with my disabled condition I had to que at Tesco gloves mask leaning on a trolly with lots of other people, when I struggled to checkout I'm told I can only buy 2 small boxes paracetamol.

This is not the first time surgery has let me down, they just do not pay enough attention, they say you should have plenty of those pills still ,but I have not, they get it wrong,so again I need to call surgery on Monday and again get this problem sorted, surgery please pay more attention to get it right. **
