"Our questions were not answered"

I brought my daughter in law today in A&E  because she was complaining about having pain on the her left side of abdomen. She is in early stage of pregnancy and have cyst. The doctor she saw we felt came across ignorant, careless, disrespectful and obnoxious. We felt the doctor did not want to answer any question asked. Every question was thrown back to my daughter.

It was a strong feeling that the doctor did not want answer any of the questions. One question was, "Can I continue working"? Answer was, Ask your Manager. The doctor did not introduce them self & did not give their name before examination.

Cutting the long story short, We returned back home without any diagnoses, without any medicine, without any advice and without any confidence in Queen's hospital staff.

What a shame for the lack of patient care.
