About: Wexham Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I had an MS Relapse at the weekend and was taken to a brilliant ED dept then to  AAU , can not fault the staff treatment received here very happy. Then taken to ward 8 WOW first thing that hit me was how hot it was which affects my MS and COPD within 5 minutes an electric fan had been found for me. Then the staff, who i admire greatly, The patience they show to the most difficult and noisiest of patients under the care of them is just amazing to witness. They moved me to a slightly quieter part of the ward which was very nice.

I will just add that the refurbishment done on this ward has been excellent more roomy lighter and being a wheelchair user the toilet/showers were fantastic.

Dear Colpot,

Thank you for once again leaving a comment about the services you received at Frimley Health. I am so pleased you had such a good experience on ward 8 at Wexham park, we have done some targeted work on improving the environment and ensuring staff meet the needs of the patients and it sounds like both these aspects have worked.
