I was a patient in the Ear Nose & Throat Outpatients department at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham for the treatment of dizziness. The standard of medical care which I received was good, and I was particularly pleased with the time given to me by the specialist doctor.
However, the time it took to reach the department by phone (almost a day spent on the phone) was a little disappointing, especially since it was they who asked me to contact them by that method.
"Good care but difficult to contact E.N.T Outpatients dept at QMC "
