"My worker at CGL"

(as a service user),

I feel my experience with CGL has been awful. I contacted CGL to help with drug addiction and my worker has not been great.

I've made fantastic progress with my addiction and I've about beat it however  that's no thanks to CGL. I felt my worker was rude and effectively calling me a liar to my social worker saying my progress hasn't been proven as well as their entire attitude towards me.

I rang CGL for help and this is how I'm treated. On occasions my worker hasn't even rung me when I'm scheduled in for an appointment. Overall I'm appalled at the attitude CGL has to people seeking help.

Based on my experience I would not advise using this service.

Hi,

We have improved the front of house part of our service so we are hopeful that people can get through to the service quicker. We have recruited more people to join our team to continue to help those that are in service or are joining the service for support.
