I found your service useless, demoralising and feel it is only aimed at chronically ill people.

Well, welcome me to your ranks because there was no help around when I was still a functioning person.

Incompetent and Ill organised would be a kind evaluation.

Thank you for sharing your experience about your contact with one of the LMHT's in Mid-Notts.

Feedback is very important and valued, so I am really keen to find out in more detail about what happened, as contact with the service should not have made you feel demoralised and I am sorry to hear this was your experience.
