"Rude staff and poor service"

A doctor's surgery is a place where you expect and are meant to receive good care by good people.

But unfortunately, not at Torrington Park group practice. If you call the reception, you will not just have to wait for a long time but then the receptionists will make you feel sorry about having called them. Reception staff is extremely rude - I have seen this over years consistently.

If they give you an appointment, they make you feel as if they have done a favour.

All the junior good doctors seem to be good but the Senior doctors will never care enough or check you properly and would like you to leave in less than 10 minutes.

In the middle of making money for themselves, they seem to have forgotten what is the good doctor's job meant to be.

I have been at this surgery for 15 years and have finally decided to leave them because I can't ignore the behaviour forever.
