Very poor GP practice,rude receptionists and uncaring rude doctors.It was a very good surgery before merger but now it’s very very poor

Thank you for your response, it is such a shame you did not leave your details in order for us to investigate your comments. If we do not know who the review is from it is impossible to track back the incident and learn from it.
Our current patient feedback is exceptionally positive, with 95% recommending us to family and friends.
It's unfortunate that the NHS review site allows for unsubstantiated statements from anonymous sources as it allows no scope to respond.
