"Infusions as an inpatient"

About: Perth Royal Infirmary / General Medicine

(as a service user),

I had my second 3 monthly infusions as an inpatient a few weeks ago. The nurses on the ward couldn’t have been nicer. The night nurse was particularly brilliant when I couldn’t sleep. She managed to take my mind off the things that were worrying me while caring for another patient who needed her attention. Between them all they were so kind that I was sufficiently reassured about being in hospital and I’m not dreading the next ones at all.
