Had to take my 5 year old son down to children’s a& e as his hands and some of his arms were turning red and very hot and he was complaining of hurting him when I got there the last on reception was really good and helpful and we didn’t sit for more than 10 minutes before we got seen. A Nurse called Angela took us through to a room and with a student nurse called Taylor took all the obs that they needed and made him feel happy and relax they checked him over before going to another room where a doctor called Otto came in and sat and explained that my son had suspected cellulitis due to either a fall at school he had the previous day or a wee scratch he had on side of hand then nurse Angela came back to give him his medication that he needed and explained what needed to be done she was so attentive with him and cannot thank her and the others nurse and doctor that night for what they did for my son and advise me to keep an eye on him and he’s so much better now thank you again
