"Waiting room for pharmacy"

About: General practices in Greater Glasgow & Clyde

(as a carer),

Today, I attended to collect my mum’s medication, 3 young men, not wearing masks, were called into waiting room.

I was horrified and strongly object, in these difficult times, all 3 not wearing masks allowed to sit in same room as other people waiting for prescribed medication.

Dear Nnone

I am very sorry to hear about your experience at the GP Surgery when collecting your Mum’s medication and I completely understand your concerns about people not wearing face masks.

Unfortunately GP practices are independent contractors with a separate feedback procedure from NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, and to ensure your feedback reaches the correct people you would need to share your experience directly with the practice manager at theGP Surgery. However, if you would prefer I can forward your post onto your Mum’s GP Practice. If you could email me at on PatientExperience@ggc.scot.nhs.uk with the name of the practice I can do this on your behalf.

Take Care

Nicole
