"Impact of Covid-19"

About: Locked & Specialist Rehab / Naseby

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Story of my life in hospital. I couldn't see my family but I started helping out cleaning but the nursing staff said no, but it's ok when they're off, but in the middle of the night in my bedroom it's ok. But what I was doing was playing video games.

COVID has corrupted a lot and caused a lot of deaths. Every time it happens it messes my life up.Staff try their hardest to get us out on community leave and it's getting back to normal. The government makes up new things all the time and stops us meeting our families because they keep changing their mind on everything.

Dear Suecp35,

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to provide us with feedback on your experience of our services. Covid has been a tough time for all of the patients across the charity and we have been overwhelmed with the resilience that you and others have shown during this time.

I would like to acknowledge your own hard work in engaging and working with the team to keep both you, them and others safe throughout the pandemic. We will as a Charity continue to follow the government guidance, which as you say changes often, whilst keeping you as informed of these changes.

This is so we can continue to work as a team to keep on getting things back to as ‘normal’ as we can.
