I was attending Victoria hospital for an appointment at the eye department when I asked for directions from a worker, whom was Destiny (a health records porter), he was more than helpful to me. He called a lift and helped me on. He pressed floor Balton and waited until I was away.
I really think that was very kind of him, I wish all workers were as kind as him.
