Park House Medical Centre is now Jubilee Park Medical Partnership.

Thank you for your comment. It is not clear if this relates to your visit in February 2020 or a more recent interaction with the practice.

We offer our patients a range of different appointment types including triage, telephone, video and face to face with a range of different clinicians such as GPs, practice nurses, prescribing nurses, health care assistants and phlebotomists. The aim to ensure that you have your appointment with the most clinically appropriate member of the team and that the appointment takes place in the most appropriate way especially at the moment to ensure we meet COVID guidelines which will mean that more telephone and video appointments are used.

Also we offer telephone triage on a daily basis with prescribing nurses and GPs.

Our reception staff do sign post patients however they are not trained to undertake clinical triage or make any clinical decisions.

If a patient can be signposted to services such as a local pharmacy then we will endeavour to do this. However if a patient requires clinical triage they will be added to the daily clinical triage list and will receive a telephone call in the first instance.

All patients can request clinical triage.

If you would like to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact the practice manager.
