Attended Clinical Intervention Unit at Queen Margaret Hospital. I was met by friendly member of staff on arrival to hospital offering hand gel and directions.
Arrival to unit was greeted by a student nurse who was friendly and informative.During my time I’m the unit all the staff were so friendly, knowledgable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were well lead. The staff really are an asset to their profession. Having built rapport with their patients made it clear how much their patients are supported, valued and put at ease. The NHS should be proud to have them!
