"Great care"

Admitted with back problems and admitted to pembroke ward . Nurses were extremely caring along with drs. Physios and occupational health. My only thing that caused me additional mental stress was the communication issues. One day I was told by a Doctor I was being transferred to Kings then next day I was told I was going home. I had not even been told what was causing my issues. I was told the nurse in charge was going to come and explain which never materialised. Whilst I cannot fault the care I feel that this did have a severe impact on my mental health. I did get some answers before being transferred to McCullough ward.
