"Excellent service using the drive-through pharmacy"

I took my niece to pick up a prescription. We were greeted by a really pleasant and polite lady called Sakina. She greeted us with good morning welcome to the drive through and we could hear her smile, even though we couldn’t see it due to the mask. She was efficient and explained a small delay because the prescription was in the fridge. It made us both feel valued and started our day well. We drove away feeling happier than when we arrived. Thank you to Sakina. Please pass this on to her and her manager. She really is a positive face of the NHS😄
