"Great Experience"

I have just returned home from a short stay after a total knee replacement. I know a lot of hospitals or practices suffer from bad reviews as the ones that were happy are not motivated by rage to leave a good one. I feel the need to say that I haven't received better treatment than this - ever. The team were committed in helping me and supporting my recovery including to see if I am comfortable, have all the medications, physio, they even did make meals that were suitable for my low carb way of eating. They were personable, caring and accommodating and they seemed like they have a good team of people that enjoy working with each other which is important too. Some things did take longer but I feel that is more due to the current situation and I have always been updated on what is happening and apologised to when necessary. Every single person in the team is a trooper, being at work at the front line, still remaining this positive and encouraging is something to cherish. I hope this review helps. Thank you so much everyone you have been a great part of my hopefully quick recovery. You deserve all the praise and more. <3 Veronika
