"Poor service"

3 members of staff . 2 stood up and other sat very close together no ppe. No social distancing. I stood for 10 minutes with a eldwrly patient . Waiting to be acknowledged by the staff who were just talking to each other. I rang the gp practice to hear a message that all phone lines were busy. Then a young lady who was sat on the chair came to the main door asking how she could help. No ppe on face to face not even 1 meter apart. What has happened to the gp service? Why are we still having to come to little horton lane when we are registered at woodroyd? Why are staff calling from woodroyd advising patients to contact little horton to request sample papers and then collect? If patients wanted to be at little horton they would have registered here.
