"Amazing people"

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital

Today I had an appointment for a procedure I was not looking forward to. I was no nervous and anxious. But as soon as I entered the mobil unit I was reassured and treated with the best care possible.

Everyone was so reassuring, kind and understanding of my nervousness.

It was over before I had time to think about it , although I had been thinking about it for days before hand. Which was unnessesary.

I want to say thank you so much once again to to the wonderfull and caring people in Bournemouth hospital.

Dear Anonymous

Thank you for sharing your experience of the mobile unit at our hospital. The unit was opened in August to help us see more patients after the lockdown was lifted and already the positive feedback we have received has been overwhelming.

The unit is clean and bright and airy and as you have mentioned the staff are warm and welcoming and very capable at calming any anxieties patients have, in a quick and efficient manner.

We will pass your comments on to the Sister to share with the rest of her team as I know they will really appreciate your kind words.

Regards

Patient Experience Team
